![]() One end of the island consists of steep cliffs while the other end has beautiful beaches along a peninsula. At low tide you can walk across the sandbank to the very tiny island of Thalay Waek. The warm and clear water is ideal for swimming. There is no accommodation on the island. A little food stall and toilets are the only amenities on the island.

![]() Hong means room, and indeed, the island has a room, a spectacular lagoon - high cliffs enclosing an emerald pool, which is ideal for snorkeling. At the main beach of the island a ranger will ask you to pay 200 Baht entrance fee (children 100 Baht). If you do not want to pay this amount, ask the captain to go to one of the other 2 beaches on the outside of the island where swimming and sunbathing is free.
